For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal products such as sleep masks, earplugs, and anti-snoring strips cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a suitable solution.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Customers must submit a cancellation request through our Contact Us page.
Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
